Synopsis of Course Content
This course introduces the fundamental of
management concepts, explains topics on
organisational
structures,
project
planning,
techniques for project time and costs estimation,
risk management, the various issues involved in the
management of project personnel, measurement
and evaluation of project progress and
performance, and project control. This course also
covers project audit and software configuration
management.
